The LS 60D is a battery-powered daylight-balanced focusing LED that uses custom aspherical optics to achieve a 15-45° spot-flood beam angle with intense output and flexibility.
ENHANCED OUTPUT
This 60W Expanded Bi-Color Focusing LED fixture outperforms the output of a 300W tungsten Fresnel and outpaces comparable LED lights. With its custom, Aputure aspherical optics, the LS 60D (@ 5600K) can output 30,000+ lux in full spot, or 5,200+ lux in flood mode.
EXPANDED BI-COLOR
Filmmakers can enjoy the freedom to add just a touch of warmer or cooler colors to their scene with the LS 60D’s expanded bi-color CCT range of 2700K-6500K, with built-in CCT presets.
RELIABLE COLOR
With CRI/TLCI scores of 95+, and SSI (Tungsten) of 86, and an SSI (D56) of 74, the LS 6D Bi-color LED maintains Aputure’s standard of providing high-quality, color-accurate LEDs to all filmmakers.

POWER SOLUTIONS
The LS 60D is a light designed to solve problems in ways no other fixture can with it’s variety of integrated power solutions. The modular V-Mount Receiver on its yoke has the capability to hold all of its power options, including the AC adapter, D-Tap (V-Mount) Batteries, and the intelligent Dual NP-F Battery Plate.
FLEXIBLE OUTPUT
Using its smart Dual NP-F Battery Plate, the LS 60D can achieve full output with a single D-Tap battery or two NP-F batteries, or alternatively half output with a single NP-F battery.
8-LEAF BARNDOORS
Thanks to the two pairs of helper flags that can adapt the light output’s size and shape, the 8-Leaf Barndoors allow for more exact control than traditional barndoors.
BOWENS MOUNT ADAPTABILITY
The 60D includes a custom Bowens Mount Adapter that attaches to its accessory mount and gives it compatibility with Bowens Mount soft light modifiers. As a Light Storm fixture, the LS 60D can be used in conjunction with a wide variety of lighting modifiers.
LIGHT SHAPING TOOLS
Additional modifiers that the 60D is compatible with include the LS 60D Softbox, a square soft light modifier, and the Spotlight Mini Zoom, a precision protection attachment with a 2X optical zoom range, both of which are designed specifically for the LS 60D & 60X.
BUILT-IN LIGHTING FX
The 60D launched with 9 built-in lighting FX, such as Paparazzi, Fireworks, Lightning, Faulty Bulb, TV, Pulsing, Strobe, Explosion, and Fire, with modifiable colour temperature control.
SIDUS APP CONTROL
The LS 60D gains unprecedented, quick & easy wireless control for any fixture in its class through the Sidus Link ecosystem. As part of a mesh network, the LS 60D conducts two-way communication with the controlling smartphone or tablet and all other Sidus Mesh fixtures, resulting in a more robust network and longer range.
