Introducing SUNSTUDIOS Sydney’s catering service and in-house café – led by owner and chef Prue Asimus of Dear Prudence Catering.
Set beneath a lush hanging garden in our light-filled atrium is an oasis of a café that has rightfully garnered a cult following of devotees. With its unique style and relaxed feel, the café is a perfect place to enjoy a quiet coffee, lunch or sweet treat. There is an unmistakeable buzz from the lively studios making it a great place for meetings, gatherings and castings.
The kitchen's catering menu is set but changes daily, and always uses fresh produce and flavours to provide variety and excitement.
Vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free options are also available.

Prue Asimus is an internationally experienced cook, with an approach to food that is committed to creating balanced, pure, authentic tastes with an easy, elegant sensibility. Her food sings with fresh seasonal flavours – re-introducing familiar, well loved tastes with a modern, healthier feel. Prue was a sous chef at the 'hatted' Emporio Armani Cafe in Martin Place, before establishing and opening Cafe Nest in Potts Point for 5 years. Prue is a regular on food and lifestyle editorials, creating recipes and styling food.
