This Time It’s Personal 2018 | Sydney

The annual This Time It’s Personal Exhibition opens on Thursday 29 November 2018. Please join us to celebrate the work of a selection of Australia’s top photographers, while helping to raise funds for an important cause.

Now in its ninth year, SUNSTUDIOS’ annual preeminent exhibition This Time It’s Personal is a glimpse into what Australia’s leading professionals shoot for love alone.

Opening on Thursday 29 November in the SUNSTUDIOS Sydney Atrium Gallery, the exhibition showcases the personal work of a selection of Australia’s most accomplished photographers, providing a great opportunity for the industry to come together to celebrate another year.

Prints will be sold on the night at set prices with all proceeds donated to Chris O’Brien Lifehouse in support of cancer research and treatment. Thank you to all participating photographers who year-after-year generously donate a piece of work to be sold at great prices, to help raise money for this important cause.

Editor, creative director and producer Rachel Knepfer returns for a second year as curator. Rachel was born in San Francisco and now lives in Sydney. She has always worked with pictures – as an editor, creative director & producer. As the director of photography at Rolling Stone Magazine in New York, she collaborated with photographers including Mary Ellen Mark, Dan Winters, Mark Seliger, Herb Ritts, Martin Schoeller and David Lachapelle. Rachel has edited books, mentored students, judged photography annuals & competitions & won international awards.
