Overview

The Light Dome II creates a beautiful soft light that provides a very even wrap around your subject using materials including two options (1.5 stops & 2.5 stops) for ultra-soft front diffusion fabric.

QUICK SETUP

Featuring Aputure’s quick-release speed ring, the Light Dome II is able to open or close in a matter of seconds.

GEL HOLDER SUPPORT

Featuring a speed ring design, the Light Dome II is compatible with the included Aputure gel holder that increases the capabilities of your gels while minimizing the amount of material required.

PERFECTLY ROUND CATCHLIGHT

The 35′′ Light Dome II uses 16 rods to create 32 points of axis, providing a remarkably round softbox that produces completely circular catchlights.

QUALITY FABRIC GRID

The Light Dome II includes a studio grade 40° fabric light control grid as well as multiple diffusion options, to assist in fine tuning your soft light.

UNIVERSAL MOUNT

The Light Dome II is compatible with a wide variety of Bowens mount lighting systems, the most common mounts used in the world of photography, as well as all the fixtures from the Light Storm COB family.
