The Ronin 2 is a professional 3-axis handheld gimbal that is highly compatible with cable cams, drones, cranes, Steadicams, and more.

Its customizable mounting modes such as Handheld, Car Mount, Aerial, and Tripod mode help the Ronin 2 work accurately in different shooting scenarios. Also, its new Pan Lock mode has been especially designed for work with Steadicams.

The Ronin 2 was created with stronger axis motors and its SmoothTrack algorithm has been enhanced for a smoother performance.
A new GPS module enables it to perform exceptionally in high G-force situations. Users can now transition between upright and underslung modes without changing the position of the camera, and lock the yaw motor for 2-axis mode while using the Ronin 2 with a Steadicam. The new yaw axis quick release mount in Ronin 2 means a faster set up in different scenarios, enabling an easier transition from handheld to car and aerial applications. The adjusting of settings is made easier with the built-in touch panel, and it also displays the Ronin 2’s working status.

A dual battery system and support for hot swapping allows for continuous operation while replacing batteries, while fully charged TB50 Intelligent Battiers can power a camera and the whole system for 2.5 hours. The power and video signal are transmitted through the built-in slip ring. The Ronin 2 comes with several accessory ports and supports the DJI Focus system, lens hoods, wireless video downlinks, and monitors.

Its carbon fibre structure makes the Ronin 2 lightweight, strong, and functional. The upgraded high-torque motors support payloads of up to 13.6kg (30 lbs). Along with many other improvements, the Ronin 2 brings a whole new level of stabilization to Ronin users.
