General Shipping Information

At SUNSTUDIOS products in stock will generally be processed and shipped the same day. SUNSTUDIOS will endeavour to maintain 1-3 day* shipping across Australia.

NT and WA estimated delivery is 4-5 days*. International shipping calculation and estimated delivery will be conducted on a case-by-case basis and a member of our sales team will be in contact regarding rates once weights and dimensions are finalised.

If items are out of stock a sales team member will be in contact with an estimated delivery time. Please ensure a signatory is available (for items purchased over $100 in value) at the address within business hours as a signature is required for Proof of Delivery and release of goods by the courier.

Free shipping is offered on all orders over the value of $100 within Australia only, excluding paper rolls and SUN Edition prints. Offer will be applied at checkout.

SUN Editions Shipping Information

When your SUN Editions work will be ready:

Print Only / Unframed: Please allow up to 7 days from order confirmation until your order is ready to ship or collect.

Framed works: Please allow up to 15 days from order confirmation until your order is ready to ship or collect.

Please allow an additional 2-5 days for shipping.

Shipping within Australia:

Print Only / Unframed - $30 flat rate

Framed works (across full size range) - $50 flat rate

• Due to their size and fagility, SUN Editions products are excluded from any free shipping promotions. 

Framed works are glazed with muesum grade acrylic as standard. Customised glazing options such as glass and non-reflective glass can be shipped but will need to be shipped via an art carrier only. These costs are not indicated above, please enquire for a quote.

IP:

This basic packaging for shipping artworks and frames has a 20mm cushioning foam on four edges and Twin-wall card on two faces, all taped securely together. Suitable for shipping lightweight panels of any size and frames up to A1. Frames should be constructed with acrylic instead of glass for shipping.

Tri-wall Box:

This box is made of very strong Tri-wall card. The finished box is strong, rigid and resists twisting, plus it has a pair of handles for ease of handling. Tri-wall boxes are suitable for shipping frames up to 1.8 metres and for shipping internationally. Tri-wall boxes are 100% reusable and 90% recyclable. 

Tri-wall Crates:

These crates have wooden sides and Tri-wall faces. They are very strong and can ship frames up to 3 metres. Tri-wall crates are also great for heavy works and if you want that extra security for valuable works. Tri-wall Crates are 100% reusable and 90% recyclable.
